This quote means that  if there is peace everywhere, then that means that there wont be anymore war going on with other countries and there wont be anymore fights between families and other stuff going on because peace is the key to this world. For example, if there was war and there wasn't any peace, then that means that the war of or for anything is never going to end and it will destroy everything in its path and it will never stop but keep on going until its puts out by itself or from something else. If there was peace, then that means that there wouldn't be any war going on with other countries or with other people because that would be a really good thing and no one would have to die and they would live in peace and nothing bad happening around them.
