This quote means that if you work hard everyday and never give up, then that means that you will achieve good things in life and accomplish them, and you should follow you passion which you are interested in and that's how you will find something good in your life and be happy. Also, you should never chase for money because that money can actually make your life even worse and all the good things that you just had will all disappears, and you should always serve for others because you can make more friends than enemies and doing god thing for others will be a good thing because  if you do something good, the that means that you will achieve something really go and worth it in life  and that hard work you just did will pay off because you were working so hard to achieve something good in life, that even some people might give you that gift without even knowing.
