This quote means that if you follow the rules of your school or home for example, you will find good things within it because if you do follow all the rules and do whats right, then that means that you will have freedom while you do everything that is right. If you do not follow the rules in school or at home, then that means that you will get in really deep trouble or you will probably get expelled from school and never go back because you were doing wrong things and that is not good and if you follow and not disobey then that means that you will be fine and have freedom, mean whiles you obey the rules.
