This quote means that if you want to do something and you don't know that it is bad or right, then you should stop and think about it and rethink again because if you just do something and you you don't think about it and if it turns out wrong and then your trying to do the right thing and you cant fix it anymore, then that means that you are in deep trouble and that's why you should of thought about it first. And if you stop what you were going to do and then you think about it carefully and think its a good thing, then that means that you are choosing the right, but if you think that its wrong what you are going to do and still do it anyways, then that means that you are going to get in deep trouble and there is no way back to fix the problem and now you have to fix everything that you did wrong all by yourself and that is choosing the wrong and not the right.
