This quote means that if you do something wrong and you think that you are doing something right, then that means that you are wrong because you are doing a bad and wrong thing and that's a bad thing to do. And if you think that your doing something wrong and and its something right, then that means that you are doing a good thing because even though you think its bad, its gonna help you to be correct of yourself and never be doing something bad.
